Active airline employees

Retired airline employees and retired cargo airline pilots are eligible to book one suite provided the airline is still in operation (e.g. retired employees of Pan American Airways do not qualify). 

Pilots who are currently employed with a domestic or international cargo airline, such as Federal Express, DHL Worldwide Express, Astar Air Cargo or United Parcel Services (UPS), are eligible to book one suite. 

Hotel employees

The spouse, domestic partner, parents, parents-in-law and dependent children of an interline employee guest may book one suite if the interline employee guest is not travelling. 

Widows/widowers of deceased airline employees/retirees with flight benefits.  

A maximum of 2 suites can be booked per eligible guest, per journey date if the above qualifications are met. A 3rd suite may be booked if the third suite is occupied by dependent children.

Unlimited beverages, fine wines and premium spirits, speciality coffees, teas and soft drinks available anytime, including in-suite mini-bar* For fine wine and spirits connoisseurs or those wishing to elevate their experience or celebrate a special occasion, an ultra-exquisite selection of wines, spirits, and liqueurs, will also be available for an additional fee.

3. After approval we need your payment details to confirm your booking, otherwise your booking will be automatically released
